Our Macadamia Nut oil is virgin, cold pressed, unbleached, and RAW!  The processing is minimal, keeping nutrients intact to benefit your health.   Macadamia Nut Oil has OMEGA-7 fatty acids, something not many people know about, but experts like Nora Gedgauda & Ann Louise Gittleman (Radical Metabolism) do!

Macadamia nut oil is used in the food industry for its high mono-unsaturated fat and nutrition content, high smoke point (410 degrees) and a mild nutty flavor.  Great for frying and grilling, sauteing, scrambled eggs, salad dressings. Great alternative to vegetable oils when baking.
